Our Mission
To develop Godly character and train up men and women to be excellent leaders whose lives serve families, communities, churches, and nations with the transforming love and work of Jesus Christ.

Our Ministry
Within the Program Team our primary focus is building relationships, sharing truth, and discipling staff and students through teaching outdoor and leadership skills.  Our responsibilities include coordinating summer staff training in technical and facilitation skills, oversight of the summer staff who are Technical Adventure Coordinators (TACs), logistics and support for summer camps, and technical skills instruction for Explore during their fall and winter semesters.
