Camping has been a part of my life since birth. I was born in North Carolina, at Teen Valley Ranch, and then move from there to Ekalaka, MT to Trail’s End Ranch. All within the first 5 years of my life. Having grown up at camps, I remember saying; “I am never going to work at a camp full time! I am going to get a real job!” God must have had a good laugh about that one because I have been in camping for the past 14 years and love it! I am so thankful for the opportunity that God has given me to serve Him through camping.
In the many years that I have been in the camping ministry, I have had many different roles. My main roles have been in office/administration /bookkeeping. Of course being in a camp ministry, you may put on many hats within one day. I joined the Bighorn team the end of December 2008. I am so thankful for God’s leading in my life and how He brings us through different seasons in life to accomplish His will in our lives. He is so faithful and loves us so much that He wants us to continue to grow into the person He created us to be. God has been blessing my life in so many ways, and I am so grateful to be a part of the Camp Bighorn team!!
