Hello from Montana!

We are Luke and Andrea Underhill. We were married in October of 2006 and have been serving at Camp Bighorn together as a couple ever since then. Camp Bighorn played a large role in our college years that we were deeply impacted by and decided we wanted to be a part of the ministry. As you will see in our bios below Luke has been here much longer out of the two of us. Needless to say we have enjoyed having the opportunity to work together as a couple in Program and now as Executive directors. We have always been drawn to the outdoors and during our time in the Explore program we learned how to really use the outdoors as a tool to raise up leaders with character and a love for God; and we have been striving to do that ever since. Through some of our favorite activities of skiing, kayaking, and rafting Luke and I have had the opportunity to help Christian men and women discover a deeper understanding of leadership and themselves. We are blessed to be a part of this ministry!

Bios:

Luke Underhill: Luke was born in Spokane, Washington and spent most of his childhood in Kennewick, Washington. After attending the one year Explore Program offered through Prairie Bible College Luke went on to work with the program for 2 years and finish off his bachelor degree of a Bachelor of Arts and Ministry in Outdoor Education and Leadership. Luke has been on full time camp staff for 7 years. He has filled the roles of Logistics Manger, Staff Trainer, Program Director and now Executive Director.

Andrea Underhill: Andrea was born in Edmonton, Alberta, Canada. She grew up doing many outdoor activities with here family and when she found a 1 year Bible College program that combined bible teaching and outdoor activities she was sold. Although only planning on attending the Explore program for a year she was offered a staff position and decided to stay with the program for 2 more years. Andrea has been on full time staff at camp for 3 years now. She thoroughly enjoys being in relationship with the staff, campers and college students as well as offering up her organization skills where needed.
