Reuben and Sarah Stratford
We have been at Bighorn for over 10 years in a variety of roles. Sarah and I met when she was working on staff and I was a student in the Explore Program. We got married right here at Camp Bighorn, and have been serving here and raising our family here ever since. Our three kids Robyn (6) Holly (5) and Boone (3) love camp life, and we love being able to have the whole family involved in our ministry.
As of Spring 09 I am working as the Journey Director. I am preparing to launch a new college program similar to Explore, but working with other colleges. The anticipated launch date is Fall of 2010. If you are someone or know someone who would benefit from college level Bible school education in an intense Biblically centered community where a day at class sometimes includes rock climbing, winter camping, or whitewater kayaking you should keep posted for more details as Journey continues to take shape.
