Female Journey Program Facilitator
In the Fall of 2013 we will be launching the first semester of Camp Bighorn’s new College program. We will need a few staff members who are excited about using adventure ministry to build up leaders for God’s kingdom. Facilitators will lead small groups of students throughout the semester as they experience the adventures of wilderness skills as well as those of learning to live in community and let God be Lord of their lives.
Journey Facilitators will be responsible to raise their full support just like others on the Bighorn staff team. It would be ideal to have staff here by the summer of 2013 or even sooner if possible in order to assist with preparations for the launch of Journey and to become familiar with the ministry of Camp Bighorn.

Guest Services Opportunities
The guest Services team works together to support the ministry of Camp Bighorn through making our guests feel welcome and comfortable. We have the great privilege to be in relationship with each person who comes to camp. Join our team and experience what it truly means to follow Christ by serving others.
Cook
Join our kitchen team as they create new ways to achieve excellence with camp food services. We are looking for people who love to cook and create. Our team cooks from scratch and loves to teach others to feed and serve large groups. If you are looking for a way to use a love for food and preparing food to serve Christ and others; this is the place.
Our kitchen a unique spot to be on the front lines of service and also to work influence and interact with a wide array of people.
Facilities Manager
We understand that our ability to steward the environment at Camp Bighorn starts with a strong foundation of clean comfortable facilities. We are looking for someone with a heart for laying that foundation. The job involves keeping common areas and housing clean and inviting. The challenge and opportunity is to not only maintain but to improve and to envision our spaces in a way to make our guests feel welcome and comfortable.
All of our staff members must not only be self starters but also work and train young people and volunteers.
Food Services Manager
The Guest Services Area of Camp Bighorn is looking for people who see food services as a true ministry opportunity. We have need of both experienced and willing to learn individuals to work in an exciting camp in western Montana.
We are a year round adventure camp and educational facility. Our relationship with colleges throughout the North American continent requires food services not only on weekends but on week days also. Because we have long term guests at camp we are able to provide and try a wide variety of meals not normally served at a camp. We also have the benefit of constantly practicing our craft and raising the bar in camp cooking. As a cook (or chef) this is an exciting way to hone your craft.
Applicants need to see the ministry aspects of the kitchen and dining room. We have the amazing privilege to work with young people and to pour into their lives, not only food but what it means to grow in their relationship to God and others.
