Thank you for our interest and for considering Camp Bighorn to meet your specific needs. We recognize that there are many other choices you could make today and for even considering us we would love to send you a small gift.  Send us an email with the subject “FREE GIFT” and include your mailing address and we will send it to you!

Camp Registration

After reviewing dates and prices, the next step in registering for your chosen event is to either call our registrar at 406-826-3144 or send an email to info@campbighorn.com to confirm that your desired dates are still available.  Registrations received without prior date confirmation may result in inability to book your event.

Once your desired dates are confirmed, please mail a completed registration form, along with your initial deposit and and any other necessary documents, to:

What if I can’t pay?

For those who are looking to offset some of the costs of our programming we encourage you to ask your local church or local business to scholarship some of your costs. If that is not a possibility, we can consider a scholarship request on a limited basis. We will review your request and may be able to grant you a scholarship depending upon available funds and your designated need. Contact us for more information.

Retreat Registration

After reviewing dates and prices, the next step in registering your event is to either call our registrar at 406-826-3144 or send an email to info@campbighorn.com to confirm that your desired dates are still available. Once dates are confirmed, we will write up a contract detailing your retreat. In order to fully book and reserve your event, we will need to receive the signed contract with a  $500 deposit back. This is due 60 days before the date of the event and is not refundable if you cancel within 60 days.

Cancellation Policy

Groups: The initial deposit ($500 for retreats and $1000 for adventure camps) is not refundable if the group cancels within 60 days of the event.
